i think its 300mg in the morning and 900mg at night

What counts is your lithium level. If you are on too much your body will tell you, there is a fine line between therapeutic (working) dose and toxic (causing diarrhea etc.)
How do you feel? Everyone's body will be different, so what is therapeutic for someone else here might not be enough, or might be too much, for you.

That depends on what you are being treated for I guess. I was taking it for bi-polar, and I was taking 1500mg three times a day. Are you taking that much?

it take librium and adivan. gives me a nice buzz lol im high all the time
