Its called the Ring of Fire because of all the volcanic activity which occurs there. The cause of all that volcanic activity is because there techtonic plates meet. Where techtonic plates meet there is geological activity. This activity includes both volcanic activity and earthquake activity as the plates move against each other.

Because is a part of earth that is in continous movement, Lava is pumping out every time and the submarine landscape is continually reshaping. Is like tryng to push away sombody of your exact same strength. You would be in a coninuous movement.

Well, there ARE lots of earthquakes around there...so past behavior is the best predictor of future behavior.

It is a continues change.The force in the Volcanoes are tremendous. The more earth quakes the more active the Volcanoes.
