You gotta brush him a lot! that way the hair is in the brush and not the furniture.

I have a 10 month old yellow lab too, and we're having the same problems with him. I swore I'd have to get lab-colored clothes and everything in the house. Do a search on QVC.com for the FURminator. It's $30-some for that. There is also a supplement called Dinovite. It's pretty expensive though for a big lab (at least all at once - the quantity on the site is supposed to last 3 months to show real results). My puppy is now 85 pounds. The grooming salon at PetCo also has a shedding treatment, but I haven't tried that yet. Good luck! (I need that too!)

confident, those are in all danger warm spots. yet i might pass to the vet first... it would desire to be environmental hypersensitive reactions or nutrition. yet hypersensitivity nutrition is costly and you need an excellent form. no longer some BS form like blue buffalo or diamond or something. you ought to try this by way of your vet and businesses that have a acceptance for his or her hypersensitivity nutrition. think of roughly it like this... in case you have been allergic to peanuts and say some peanuts touched your salad and u picked them out-- you will possibly nevertheless have a reaction. comparable component with dogs nutrition hypersensitive reactions-- maximum of those businesses do no longer clean their equipment after batches and in the event that they are allergic to hen and that they made a batch of hen until eventually now and didnt clean the equipment and then made a batch of hypoallerginic nutrition, then the hen is going to return in touch along with his new nutrition and it is not going to make a distinction in his pores and skin. So call your vet and that they are going to take the ideal steps to ensure whats happening! and you will possibly be able to't be too particular he would not have an hypersensitivity to fleas! in the event that they are allergic, it purely takes one flea to lead them to itch like loopy! If she isn't on an excellent preventative, then it would desire to ok be fleas. additionally, it would desire to ok be an OCD rigidity concern from being in a shield for subsequently long (the vet might have rigidity meds they might provide you). So that's in basic terms maximum suitable in case you pass to your vet to ensure whats extremely happening because of the fact it would desire to be something. good success :)

Get used to it & be prepared to find hair everywhere, the toilet seat, stuck to light fixtures, under the bed, in the bed, drifting from the ceiling fans, in your dinner, in your butt crack....
Brushing helps, but they have alot of hair. It helps them keep warm, cool, and swim.
