As an adult, you have the freedom to choose your beliefs - and to determine how others respond to your choices. Let your parents know that, although you're pleased and grateful that they've found a system of belief that works for them, you must follow your own beliefs. Love and respect must run both ways in order to work, and your love and respect for your parents is evident in your letter. Stand up for yourself and expect the same level of love and respect from them. You're obviously a caring person who has gone the extra distance to support and care for your parents; that needn't change, no matter what the outcome of this conflict may be.
Go for it!

Tell your parents that you simply do not wish to go to church with them, and ignore your mom when she acting like you betrayed the family. Is your own decision to believe in a religion or not.

It may be the style of church that your family is going to that leaves you not feeling it. Try talking to others that you know that attend a church on a regular basis. I am sure your mom would not mind you "visiting" another church to learn more about the Christian faith, just another denomination. Being Catholic is not for everyone. Perhaps another denomination/church would be more fulfilling to you. Just remember like in Star Wars: don't go to the dark side.

Just explain to your parents that while you value their beliefs, you want to explore other religions or prefer your current one. If you're old enough to be in college, you're definitely old enough to make that choice for yourself. I am catholic, so I can say they are going to have an issue with the Wicca thing, but it's your choice and your beliefs, not theirs.
Good luck =)

i'm examining in a foreign country in Dubai contained in the United Arab Emirates staggering now, taking 2 Islam way of existence training, and from what I even have accumulated, the two are very comparable. contained in the Muslim faith, they suspect contained in the comparable God as Christians, however the Arabic be conscious for God is Allah, that's why everybody thinks its so diverse. the main important distinction is that Muslims see Jesus as an outstanding prophet yet no longer the unquestionably son of God. The prophet Mohammed is the founding father of Islam and is seen as an equivalent to Muslims as Jesus is to Christians. good Muslims carry very comparable values to Christians, they believe the morality of the ten commandments yet do no longer examine with them because of the fact the ten commandments. the rest is rather in basic terms cultural adjustments, no longer plenty non secular. it is Islam way of existence that proclaims females can't force and do particular issues (like Saudi Arabia) that's why many Muslim states have moved faraway from this.
