I wants to make it cut it ultra short and dye it blond to make a RADICAL change?
Is that a good idea?

don't dye it blond. blond hair isn't really popular anymore and that fake blond hair was never attractive. Stay natural or get some highlights.

it all depends. dying your hair lighter is a big thing. And, dying it lighter it more damaging that dying it red, black, purple,ect. Just make sure you have all of the facts before going for it. Also the haircut should be made to what style you want.
