The obvious answer (given by several people already) is you just ask him.
The thing is, you already know that much. But you feel uncomforable, or shy.
That is natural. For hundreds of years it has been conventional for men to make the first move. So you are entering new territory.
Remember that men too have always found this very awkward. It is a bit of a test of your courage. If you don't even have enough to ask someone to spend time with you, why should anyone else be interested in you?
So tell the man that you like him and would like to know him better. Admit that this is a bit awkward for you. He will understand. Ask him to do something very specific (go to a movie, go to have a coffee or drink). Don't invite him to dinner at your house-- you may scare him off.
Once you have him at the cafe or other public place, let things develop naturally. You can always ask him to extend the date, to go for dinner, etc. Or you can tell him you had a good time and ask whether he would see you again.

i cant really help b/c I'm having the same problem right now I'm just hanging out with him going to any of his sporting thins i can go to just being any were he is going to be !!

Give him gift , and when his birthdate came Give him gift and remember him about that ....as that his will understand you interested in .
