I have an older sister who's 1 and goes to college (we were homeschooled so she started last year). She works parttime in a pet store with three other people and is friends with a guy. Later that night shes on AIM when he messages her and asks if she'll sell him her beanie babies. She says no because she still likes them and wants to keep them and eventually give them to her own kids. Then for several minutes he begins pleading and begging her for them. She repsonds no several times and then gives him a ebay link where he can buy some. He still continues.
Then he responds with his niece wants them and begins insulting her and calling her names and insulting her. She says let me think about it. (she honesty loves them still and doesn't want to part with them and uses them to decorate her apartment). Then he gets his two four year old nieces on begging her to give them to her. Unable to say no, she feels she has no choice and says yes. What should she do?

She hasn't given them away already. The problem is the guy was insulting her and calling her names because she told him over and over again for twenty minutes why she wouldn't give them away
So he had his nieces get on and ask for them and she couldn't tell them no because they're little kids.

He needs to get through his head no means no at thats it...I hope your sister doesnt give them away, the guy practically abused her... who cares if he uses his nieces....they belong to her and she has the right to do whatever she wants with them... like you said give them to her own kids one day...giving them away is like ripping out a part of your childhood memories...
No is the answer and thats what he has to deal with!..

Tell her to grow some backbone!
Call him back and say no thank you I've changed my mind and can not sell them. He doesn't need to buy hers - he can go to the thrift store and find them or go to Ebay. It sounds like he is an abusive person - tell her to be careful how he treats her. I don't like to hear stories of anyone badgering someone to do something.

i dont really know about this one. did she already give them away? if she did then i dont know what she could do really to get them back but if she hasnt than explain to the guy that she has had them for a long time and they mean a lot to her and she has no intent on selling/giving them away. (hope i was some help)

She needs to get that guy out of her life. Thats just down right nasty. And using little kids to do his dirty work. She can start by not talking to him on AIM.

block him of her e-mail and im and if he does anything else call the police if he has 4 yr. olds on the enternet begging he has issues.
