Leave the child with the grandparents and go on a 'couples' honeymoon type vacation. A four month old child is way too young to enjoy anything on a vacation, and I'm betting that you and your spouse could really use some 'just us time'!

places that would be easy are places like the beach or a lake house. not too many places are easy to tote a 4 month old to. you don't want to go places where you will be stuck just walking around and looking at everyone else have fun. for example.... amusment parks. where ever you go your baby won't remember it and a lot of times taking a child that is young can be more of a head ache than a vacation because their naping schedule and eating schedule gets all messed up. whatever you decide have fun!

How long is the vacation? Are there any trustworthy people you would leave your child with? You can take him/her on vacation, but I am sure you will be so busy that it won't feel like a vacation. If you don't have anyone to watch your child, your best bet is probably to hold off on that vacation.

don't forget a portable crib. that is the most important thing to remeber. you will need it trust me. also make sure you have her blankets and any stuff animals that she like in her crib with you. she may be more attached to that stuff then you know. be sure to pack clothes for both cold and warm weather for her. you never no for sure what the weather will be like or how high the temp will be where you are staying. some people like to keep there homes hot. bring extra bottles and a bottle cleaner brush. extra nipples and fomrula. just in case. good luck and have fun.

Siesta Keys, FL. Avoid going anywhere you'd have to use cabs or public transportion. If you go to FL you can stay in a hotel near the beach and walk to dinner, etc.
