Do you have a lot of deep down unresolved anger issues? Maybe it shows. If not then always try to turn other peoples attitudes towards you around when you can by exuding a happy disposition. Smile. Help make them feel at ease. Blue green eyes sounds beautiful.

A smile on your face will warm your eyes. Also, check the shape of your eyebrows. Sometimes the shape can make you look cross.

nothing.

a look has to do with the muscles in the face. a stern brow usually indicates anger. a stern look, with squinty eyes can also. if you don't smile much, that too.

if you need glasses - wear them. they can help blend out lines and make you look more innocent. the eye itself isn't to blame, it's what surrounds the eye. it's also your actions, voice inflections etc.

if you keep your eye brows raised you'll look more friendly. i need to see a picture of you to be sure - but it all has to do with the brow line.
