why would any girl agree to have sex, but not to kiss?

I would say it's not rape, it is however abusive and disrespectful.
She may not have wanted to kiss because kissing is a way of showing affection and intimacy. If she was just having sex with you for the physical aspects and she doesn't feel intimate towards you then that's why she didn't want to kiss you.

no it is not rape or even sexual abuse....but i think she probably did not want to kiss you cause for some people kissing is more intimate and means more than sex.....if this was just a fling for sex then thats probably the case. next time just enjoy the ride and dont kiss her...if she wants a kiss she'll get one...but by kissing her the first dont is probably a lack of respect in her eyes.

Forcing a KISS on someone is not rape, no, definitely not.
Maybe she is self-conscious about kissing? I see alot of young people posting questions about kissing advice on here... I think she's nervous about kissing. Or... I hate to say it but is it possible that you are a sloppy kisser or problematic in some other way? One time a guy kissed me with his mouth wide open, very wet and sloppy, and I then avoided kissing him!

Lots of people think that kissing is too intimate - and that sex is less?? I dont get it but, I've experienced it. Men who will have sex but not kiss before during or after - its their problem and not yours. If she said yes to sex and doesnt want to kiss then maybe she just doesnt like your teeth, your breath or you are a crappy kisser...who knows!

hmm well if you tried to kiss her while she was pushing you away and saying things like back off! or something.. then.. i guess it could be something like harassment. but she cant get anything from you about the sex motive cause she said she wanted to do it with you.
