erm kinda one more thing, im adding, i kinda told him once i basicly couldn't stand him...but now i reallllllllyyyyy like him and hav been acting really nice to him, do u think that has somthing to do with it? or hm idk

Do you think the female gender is so insignificant they cant ask the guy out? Thats what it seems like. Ask him! He might be shy, he might have personal reasons for not asking to ask him yourself, because if you dont and he doesnt ask you then nothing will ever happen and that would be such a shame eh? So go for it! Dont hang around!

Some guys may be affraid of failure. So that is why he just wown't talk. If you like him, you should just talk to him. No harm can come from that.
