We've grown to love, the way you always care.
Were going to miss it so much, when its not there.

Beautiful. But I'm an editor at heart. One thing: delete the word "sometimes" in reference to her jokes. If you feel it needs the syllables, use "always." Its beautiful that you are expressing your love with your own words.. she will love it.
