what's the name of the program which divide the downloads into parts!?

i have a file(movie) which is 704 mb(zipped) i want the program which can divide it into 350mb & 354 mb!how can i do this!!

7zip free open source
After installing 7zip, right click on the file to be archived,
7zip > add to archive
split to volumes, enter value say 352M
press ok
your file will split into 2 archives

On the other side the person can join the files using the same program

Lol, thats a huge picture. Anyway, you can do it woith photoshop CS3 (10), but thats far from free. i dont know of a special program that does that though
