My sister is always going through my stuff and I want to go in her room but she has a lock on her door. Does any one know how to pick locks?

You need to communicate to your sister that you don't appreciate her going through your stuff all the time, not break in her room and go through her stuff. Two wrongs don't make a right!

most house inside locks will open by sliding a credit card above the lock and down- others may need a small screw driver stuck in a hole and wiggle the knob

Don't know about the UK, but in the US it is illegal to be in possession of lock pick sets.
