my hair used to do that, just make sure you are getting hair cuts no matter how much your hair has grown or not grown every 6 months, use a leave in conditioner, use professional shampoos, and burhs your hair a couple times a day..

This is going to sound crazy, but my daughter and I were both having the same problem, my sister-in-law suggested Mane and Tail (It is a shampoo for horse but believe it or not it was sold at Walmart and Walgreens in the regular shampoo section.). It did the trick. Also make sure you are getting your dead ends cut off.

In the shower try putting a lot of conditioner on the ends of your hair and let it sit for a few minutes and rinse out, that should help them stay healthy.

Put a LITTLE oil on the ends of your hair and/or turn the ends inwards, with a brush (not a hairdryer) when you brush your hair (preferably every day).

i have the same problem and biolage shampoo works good for my hair. it is kinda expensive (about $12.00 a bottle) but i think it's worth it.
