Contact one of your local Realtors. There are programs out there that will get you into a home with the only requirement being a job.

trust me, you don't want to get into the type of loan that allows 0 down with bad credit. you will get hosed.
things take time and purchasing a home is the biggest investment you'll ever make. it will pay off in the long run if you take the time to do it correctly.
clean up your credit -- that way, you will be eligible for better loan terms and interest rates.
save some money -- the more you put down, the less you have to borrow....that also means that your monthly payment will be less.
by doing these two things, you will save yourself a lot of money and time.
good luck!

You need to improve your credit, this is done by paying your bills on time. The less credit you have outstanding, the better your credit. (You have to establish a credit account, and the percentage of use of this account is used to determine your outstanding amounts) Each account is totaled and compared to your income to determine your exposure.
To get a loan with nothing down and/or bad credit, you must find a property that has enough equity in it to permit the Loan institution to be protected from loss.
