A pain in the @ss when you're wearing them, picking fod out of the buggers and spending ages cleaning them - especially the train tracks. BUT it is so worth it when you have them removed and you're teeth look ace. Best thing i ever did!!

Braces are not just for straight teeth they correct an overbite that can cause lots of problems years down the road.

I never had braces and I don't particularly regret it. Yes my teeth aren't straight but that's hardly a big deal. Unless your teeth need to be straightened for medical reasons I wouldn't recommend bothering about it.

I think they're good as I have them and can see the difference they're making. Ok so it's not that nice having them stuck on your teeth for a couple of years, but I don't find it that bad either.

Braces are good. Even though they are these lumpy, uncomfortable things plastared to your teeth, they help your teeth. Its important to have good teeth, because even though people shouldn't, a lot of people judge you by your appearance, especially your smile(teeth).

The discomfort and extra effort at brushing will all seem worth it when the braces come off. Trust me, I had them for three years.

They're bad when you have them on, but once you get them off you will be happy that you had them because your teeth will probably be a lot straighter.

Good... without a doubt! You'll be glad you put yourself through it once they're off.

OK... they don't look fantastic but who cares, they'll make you happy in the long run.

GOOD LUCK with your decision :-)

Good. Why do you think parents and dentists put you through it?
