Where can one find the rules and information on the home owners grant to make homes more energy efficient?

We have just purchased a home and replaced the refrigerator, stove, washer/dryer, and bought a new freezer. All are energy efficient. We also want to replace all the windows with energy effecient ones. We also will be replacing all exterior doors...
