What age do you think its ok to start to date??

It depends on your definition of "dating." In grade school (up until about 14 years old), I would deem it appropriate to have a "boyfriend," go out to movies once in a while, but nothing serious -- nothing behind hand-holding & hugging.
In high school, teens have more freedom and would be able to do more -- go to dances, drive places, etc. -- and most are more mature and able to deal with themore complex issues that dating brings. Still, I would hesitate to get into a serious relationship until you're at least 18 or so, when you're an adult who knows what you want in life and what kind of person you're looking for as a lifetime companion.

There is no certain age. Every parent has to decide this for each individual child based on that child's maturity level and ability to show responsibility. Some people shouldn't be dating when they're legally adults because they're too immature for it.
