take prenatal vitamins and use "main and tail" shampoo which is designed for horses but works great on humans. you can find this in the shampoo aisle at some stores but in others you must look in pets.

your hair is always growing, theres nothing you can do to speed it up. your hair will grow about 1/2 inch a month, so your hair will be one inch longer by the time u go to cancun. if u want really long hair really quicky i suggest getting extensions. but if u straighten ALOT then your hair will break from the heat so u will not notice the inch of hair u get every 2 months..i suggest straightening every 3+ days...dont straighten every day, use something to keep your hair looking the same, wear a scarf when u go to sleep it will help keep your hair flat so u only have to comb or bursh it in the morning and maybe only straighten the ends a little...hope this helped =)

For starters, start using treatment on it before you straighten it every day. I use Loreal Liss Extreme for my leave-in conditioner and Biosilk Silk Therapy to keep it shiny and keep it from being damaged. To make it grow out, I've heard ou are supposed to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and stuff, and it actually does help to brush your hair upside down twice a day.

I don't think that you can get it to regrow so quickly. I had a friend with similar hair. She went to her doctor and he gave her steroid injections. Over the course of about a year it started to look a little more full. Also you can try getting extensions, or a weave type thing to give the appearance of a more full head of hair.

I recently asked the same question because my hairdesser has cut mine a lottle bit too short. The best answer that i got is to massage your scalp daily because it stimulates the blood circulation in the scalp. I hope this helps. good luck x

There are no "miracles" to hair growth other than eating a healthy diet. Some say prenatal vitamins work I know people who have tried them and there was no difference.

Try to eat a lot healthier than you normally do. Healthy foods like fruits and vegetables normally cause it to grow quicker.

Seriously use horse shampoo. They sell it in all cosmetic stores. It has some thing in it that makes the horses mane grow faster. It's safe for us also,it will work.
