No protection needed from the sun, since those parts of the arm rest against the body.

God made arm hair as a covering for protection.

Hair grows in areas where friction would otherwise be created between the two skin surfaces constantly rubbing together. The hair ''rolls'' and absorbs the energy that otherwise would irritate the skin surfaces. Your forearm is not in the position that it would normally contact your upper arm for extensive periods of time.

I dont like them to go there. Only my keyboard is allowed under my forearm, and only after it shaved.

Jesus, Mohamed nor Mose had hair under their forearms. Gues it is either and evolution advantage to cut back on fleas and parasites or God hates people that are too hairy. Maybe God is the same way?
