how do i get light blonde hair like Georgia moffett?

without looking brassy.Salon highlights seem to fade.

depending on the colour your hair is now if it,s already blonde try toners from any hair supplier or if it,s not blonde go to the salon and get it done properly

I dont know who that is, but you could always try a blue or purple shampoo which deposits tiny particles of color to eliminate brassiness and yellowing in light blondes.
