Coffee, tea, soda's and red wines. Pretty much anything with color can stain your teeth. The best way to help prevent the staining is to brush after drinking these and if that's not possible, then rinse your mouth really well with water. Hope I've been of some help!

Yes.... coffee tea and soda are the biggest offenders.

Yes it can, also so can any other colored beverage. Such as some darker wines, dark soda, coffee etc.

try drinking it with a straw but be careful that is not too hot.
