when it's time to leave each other could be the WORST possible time to bring love into the situation. Being a girl in high school, i'd have to say that if the guy doesn't say he loves you, it's not a big deal really. Most everyone knows that high school relationships don't usually go past highschool, so just leave the whole "love" thing out of it.

say like,"i really enjoy hanging with you" or maybe lil later from now just be like "love ya!" on the phone before you hang up that way it won't be wierd for either of you!

Say "I adore you!".....it pretty much means, i really really like you without sounding too intense.
