I don't think the United States has any intention of attacking Iran, but I bet we know how we want to react if/when Israel attacks.

I really don't think that Iran would lose miserably...Do not underestimate Iran's capability of wining a war against US...It would be US biggest mistake to start another war,as long as Iraq is still a mess. This would be a lost war from the start...As for Israel, there were not able to defeat Hezbollah,so I don't know how many chances they stand against an organized army...
And there would be one more problem : the parts involved in this attack are not going to be only US/Israel and Iran...Many more countries will get involved in this conflict which probably will be transformed into an international conflict... I don't see Russia and China just sitting and watching how they lose millions of dollars because of an attack over Iran...

while the US unearths a stable reason to. they decide for Iran to make the 1st pass. Iran greater advantageous watch itself heavily. although conflict does not look probable using fact US is stretched too skinny with Iraq, and afghanistan to launch a third marketing campaign.yet they nevertheless be able to blow iran out of the mid east in the event that they decide for too. by using the way i'm iranian too yet i'm additionally interior the US militia too so in the event that they question me to combat Iran..i will combat iran...yet risk is I won't have too

We won't attack Iran unless the Bush administration wants to send in troops without funding. The Democratic Congress holds the purse strings, and while they WILL authorize funding for U.S. troops in Iraq and Afghanistan, they will NOT authorize funding for action against Iran unless there is 100% proof beyond a shadow of a reasonable doubt that they will attack the United States if we don't take desperate action to stop them.

Barring any overt act of war on Iran's part, it would take an act of congress to authorize a war against them, and I cannot see that happening (the act of congress that is).
All Iran has to do is keep its head down, which, sadly, they don't seem to know how to do.
Bush invading Iran without authorization will get him impeached in a heartbeat at the moment.
Israel attacking, again lacking an overt act of war on Iran's part, is pretty much out of the question also.
So I have to disagree with the "but it is going to happen" part. No one is planning to put up with that at the moment, congress included.

I'm not saying theres a plan to attack Iran or anything; but its going to happen. This is your statement in your queston! So what is really your question! How do you think we will attack, well based on what you have stated, I would say with the navy. But keep in mind, it is not going to happen. You are way out of the need to know arena, and this is not even in one of their issues, believe me!!

I hope there will be no more war for now, but Israel may have a valid concern for attacking Iran's nuclear facilities. Now is a good time to do that.

As soon as we have the military in place. I think we should use aircraft and smart bombs, as we did when we attacked the fanatical Islams in Iraq. Gather as much intelligence info as possible, go blow the Hell out of their nuclear storage and manufactoring plants, along with T.V., weather and radar stations. God Bless the United States of America, our President and all of our Milityary Personell stationed aroiund the World.

i think it's more likely that Israel will attack first. although they may surprise me and wait til they get hit first.
i don't know if Bush has the stones to go after Iran until they do something more covert, instead of attacking our soldiers by proxy. that ought to be an act of war itself, but i guess not.
