The logic behind sales is "supply and demand". There was a demand for shoes, but no one knew it, all he had to do was show people the advantages of shoes and he would have the only supply.

Apparently some towns in Africa people go bare feet and in that particular town -Nairobi they killed people who wears shoes therefore there was a lot of dead bodies there so there was no need to sell shoes. I could be wrong. That is a very good question for deep thought or reasoning , can you respond shortly with the answer , i am quite curious to hear your response.
