What inspires you? Think about what kinds of things you like? If you like being out doors go for those colors you find in nature. Like greens, blues and yellows. You could paint the top of the walls a light shade of yellow and the bottom a pale green. The doors and trim white and used dark blue curtains. I did a room with those colors and it turned out great. It is easy once you start thinking about all the things that make you smile! As for the computer desk if you have the room use a corner desk.

well i think u should take three colors like pink orange and lime green and paint one wall each of these colors and ur other wall have it stripes of those colors the door just paint it the color of the wall u should but a cool fuzzy rug and those lights that are like big balls that hang from the roof and a small circlular computer desk

Well, it looks like you want to remodel your whole room. Since I'm moving to a new home i get to remodel my room too. Ive already done it lots of times. Well, first either start with the wall color or bedding. Personally, i always start redecorating my room with the bedding. I search for beddings online at www.pbteen.com or www.jcpenney.com , etc. Finding the perfect bedding takes a while. Well, at least it does for me since i try to make my room look perfect. Once you find the bedding, THEN you can choose your wall color. The wall color should compliment your bedding colors. For example. if you have a light green bedding, hten try light blue walls. I you have a pink one, maybe lime or yellow walls. But if you dont want any dramatic color to change your walls, hten just paint htem white. White goes great with everything, and the wall accesories can be any color. Well in all the houses ive lived in, all of my floors were hardwood. I love wood floors because they go great with everything, and you can put a rug on it. I dont like carpet since it gets stains and the color is hard to pick. But mini rugs come in every color and they make a bold entrance to your room. for lightinng, i like chandeliers. Oh, and as for the door to your closet, well i cant really tell u becasue i dont know how your closet looks like. My closet is polished wood. The closet is darker than my floors. For accesories, I love to put pictures frames above my bed. They basically draw t he room together. well pick something in your room you truly love and use the colors in that item to get the right colors and you can even take that it to a home depot or lowes and they will help you be sure you have the right colors...good luck
