I have a new recipe I want to try in my slow cooker. It calls for frozen egg noodles to be added at the end. However, I have a HUGE bag of dry egg noodles that I get from Sam's. Do you think I could use these instead and maybe add a little water? Or should I cook the noodles first then stir them in. Anyone know? Thanks :)

ABSOLUTELY... I do it all the time !!!

If the recipe calls for precooked then simply cook them first.

Dry egg noodles don't take as long to cook. I believe that if you cook them separately and add them at the end you will be fine.

Yes, noodles can be frozen, just make sure you wrap them well so they don't get freezer-burn. I would use them with-in a couple months after freezing or they may taste funny .
