You may have mitral valve prolapse. People with this disorder have lower blood volume and since eating causes a majority of the blood flow to go to the stomach to aid in digestion, the blood volume further decreases (temporarily) causing the fatigue.

I have this. I have noticed that if I drink a good amount of water (8 oz or so) the fatigue lessens shortly after (about 15 minutes) because I have increased by blood volume with the fluids. I also have hypothyroidism...which wouldn't hurt you to check out too.

See a good internist.

It might be related to fatigue. I used to have similar problems until I started exercising and socializing more. So maybe forcing yourself to do a little bit more exercise and talking with friends and family each day will help. Try it.
