It isn't any language. It's a fabricated musical language that is made to resemble Latin. Check it out:

I suggest Googling it to see if you can find a translation. Here's a translation site, but I don't think you'll find anything. It's for Latin, which is the closest thing:

No, It's not Latin, at least not all of it. It seems to be related to Latin and Italian, but not totally one or the other. Possibly an ancient form of Italian?
