Exposed? all Forrest was to begin with was reality TV star! He has a ton of heart, loves to fight. If he was exposed it was only to all these guys who watched starting watching MMA after the The Ultimate Fighter show took off. anyone who regularly follows MMA should know Forrest wasn't a top tier fighter, the fact that he almost beat Tito further proves that Tito is also a B-level fighter.

Silva is the wonderful at 185, yet he isn't scuffling with at 185 he is going as much as 205 which i think of will reason some aerobic issues for. Forrest has fought greater advantageous competeion than Silva 205 is stack with large warring parties which Silva did beat wealthy Franklin and Dan Henderson yet Henderson replaced into going on a weight type to 185 from 205 income is going to Forrest. Silva a large fighter so is Griffin if Silva catches Forrest with a knee or a kick hell be large his chin is the wonderful interior the ufc yet while forrest can hit Silva Cleanily than look for Forrest to end it. Silva been prevalent to faucet and Forrest can faucet out every physique is amazingly nicely rounded I even have Forrest winning in a split decison

I'd say he is a B-level fighter, and so was the fighter that beat him. Tito's knee was really messed up, thats why he came close to beating Tito, but next time they fight an injury free Tito will dominate Forrest. Now, as for the crying part you were referring too. If Forrest had won that fight he was guaranteed a title shot, so I can understand his crying. What I didn't like was his running off like a little school boy who got beat up.

When was he ever exposed as anything better than a c level fighter? Just because people like his personality doesn't mean he can fight.

Kieth Jardinne exposed holes in his game, but I don't think he exposed him as a C-level fighter. He went the distance withTito and took it to a split decision.

He was always ove , but so are all those TUF guys. They just try to hype those guys up too much, but I ain't buying it. He's a good fighter with a ton of heart, but Forest does'nt have the physical talent to match his heart. And the crying ain't such a big deal to me, he just fought his hardest, got knocked silly and was probably emotionally drained.
