my stomach hurts, and when i got to the bathroom, my feces are hard tiny lumps like nuts. the pain is radiating to my back and my stomach area. is it constipation or something else? i also have the flu right now

You are definitely constipated. Try drinking a lot of licquids,water especially or some prune juice. Sometimes, graham crackers can help you have a normal bowel movement. Don't strain while on the commode. If nothing works soon, then try a very gentle laxative. Good luck!

yes you are severely constipated and need to take care of it . increase your water intake, and fiber, get lots of exercise . To clear the current problem go to the pharmacy and get glycerine suppositories, and a glove. Insert the suppository as instructed, but try not to push it into the fecal mass, as it will not work as well as it does when inserted alongside the feces. It won't take long to work. your other choice is a "FLEET" enema. very easy to use and effective within minutes.

Yes this is consitpation. Increase the fiber and water you take in. Since it is bothering you now you can either take a laxative or use a suppository.
