like shes in stealth mode or pretending to be john wayne!is it in their nature or is she just of her head?(lol)

She is probably in heat. When cats start a heat cycle, it causes them to walk strange, esp when you go to pet them. They do everything they can to make their 'butt' prominent. Don't be surprised is she starts meow-ing very soon, and in a very odd and loud way. You will have to wait until her cycle has finished to have her spayed. You may only have a short window to do so, because cats can go in and out of heat very quickly. They don't have a 28 day cycle that is predictable like humans.

Siamese cats never seem to grow up; they are perpetual kittens. They love to play, cuddle, and talk. I grew up with Siamese cats and I can honestly say they are unlike any other cat. My cat not only does the stealth mode, but tends to make a kind of "BAA" noise when stalking something.
I've always been drawn to Siamese because they tend to need you more than ordinary cats.
Don't worry your cat is just fine.

maybe she is shy or scared of people?
siamese cats are widely known to be the least interactive/playful cats with humans
