One-through-six:

You will file a federal 1040, plus three state returns as Part-Year Residents. Doing multi-state returns is tricky, at best.

Each state return is different. You also need to know how to apply moving and business expenses.

Go to a search engine such as yahoo type in the state and taxes this will get you the website for that states tax dept. Incidentally in most states you must have lived there for at least 180 days (6 months) otherwise you arent considered a resident and you could claim the return of the taxes with held.

You're going to file taxes in the state that you live in now. So, that will be your main form. i.e. if you currently live in missouri that will be the form you use and then you will file with it out of state returns for the other states. There are areas on the forms for non resident filers and resident filers. Just choose which you were.

I would recommend using turbo tax or some other sort of software because you literally have to file separate returns for state and the software helps you keep track.

Here is a site that is good reference:

Depending on your income in each state, you may have as many as four returns to complete - five if your main home is not in one of those states.

Turbotax is not going to cut it this year, unless you know what you are doing. See a CPA or Enrolled Agent

Check the IRS website (www.irs.gov) but I'm pretty sure you would have to file in all three states. Just make sure that you check into it first because you don't want them coming after you if you don't!
