I need help badly.
I have a crush on my older brother's best friend. The problem is,they are both 18,and I turn just 12 on the 23rd.
Davey (my crush) is really sweet and cute. He's a hard-working country boy. Most of all,he is polite and thinks of others first.
What do I do? I really want to tell him,but I'm really scared. I wanted to slip a note in his bookbag (he went to a concert with us,and stayed in our hotel room) but I didn't.
I can't even look at him. I get all nervous around him.
Any advice guys? This is kind of urgent.

because he is so much older than you he will be flattered but most guys dont date someone so much younger also telling him could make things between you both very hard this caould also spread into his friendship with your brother
what your feeling is very normal but i advise against telling him and let your crush run its natural way your brother will probably tease you if he finds out and Davey may tell him
enjoy your crush keep it to yourself and enjoy the fact your growing up

The fact that he's your brother's frind is not that big of a deal. I think you should be careful though because of your age difference. 18 year old boys want and look for very different things in a girl than 12 year old boys. Chances are that he wouldn't consider dating someone so much younger. Also, your realtionship would be illegal since he's an adult and you're a minor (if you were 16 it may have been different depending on where you live). You should probably wait a few days to tell him to be sure that you still like him and see what he thinks. Good luck!

Im dealing with a similar thing, except its my friends older brother who's 14. see, i know your gonna hate hearing this but, hes 18, and ur under 18 so u can't date him, and most 18 year old guys like girls there age. But if u REALLY NEED TO TELL HIM then, just get rid of ur nerves, look him in the eye and tell him.

If your crush doesn't ask you, then let the other guy who has a crush on you take you to the dance. If your crush has feelings for you, he will get jealous and ask you out after the dance. I would make sure to let the guy who has a crush on you know that you don't think of him in that way, but would like go to the dance as friends.

It's all good that you think he is cute and hot and all that stuff, but Hon you have to relaize he is 18... If anything he is going to look at you like asister not G/F material. You need to wait a few years and see! Don't Rush things! You are young, and I am sure you will have more than just a crush on Davey!

It is just a phase you are going through. Seeing that you are only 12, the difference between you is quite big. Although he is polite, he is still 18, and may want something more.
You should try talking to him, but you should think wisely on what you tell him.
If so, you should really avoid him for a while, and see how things go. Then you can move further.

6 years is not a big difference if you're 18 and he's 24, but you're just a kid, there's no way you guys can be together right now, you'll have to wait 6 years.....until then get over him, I'm sure there are lots of guys interested in you and age appropriate

talk to you older brother if you two are close. Ask him if he can help you out. but I think this crush is just a crush. You are ultimately going to get over it. If I were you, let some time pass and then you'll be all over him...but good luck!

Just give him a kiss!!! and you will know what he thinks about you!!! Or if you don't like that idea. Bring him in a room, and tell him how you feel, and don't let him answer until your finish what you wanted to say.

if i were you i would keep sweet Davey in the middle of your mind so you can foucs on other things and you can move on. But i am not saying that you should ignore it tottaly check others answers you may find some ideas!!!
