GI Diet by Rick Gallop. Without question!!! I have lost 70lbs with it in the last 6/7 months and its so easy to stick to.
You can get a book to get you started for a small amount of money and you wont need to buy any "special" foods.

I did sparkpeople. Worked for me, but then again, I'm too cheap to pay for weight watchers or Jenny Craig, and that site is free.

Whatever you choose, make sure that the focus is on changing your habits in the long term. Otherwise, you will be prone to relapse into the old habits that got you here in the first place. You want to gradually learn how to eat 5-8 servings of fruit and veggies per day, focus on lean meats and dairy products, and eat fiber-rich carbohydrates. It does take some time for this to become second nature.

The other thing is to make time for yourself to get at least 30 minutes of exercise 3 times a week. Don't worry about intensity right now... focus on the habit.

And, most importantly, find support for the rough patches!

I think you should check out Weight Watchers. I find it much easier to stick to than many of the other diet plans out there because it is so flexible.

Also, you can use Weight Watchers' program to make sure you gain a healthy amount of weight while pregnant, and to lose at a healthy rate while breastfeeding. Go to www.weightwatchers.com to find a meeting in your area, and check it out. I think you might like it.

If you have been on the diet and followed it strictly and have lost and gained then did you ever stop to think maybe its a metabolic problem? And believe it or not 20 pounds over the weight that the charts say you need to be isnt bad. Be happy with yourself a diet never works its just lifestyle changes that do

weight watchers is great. awesome support.

but really, the best thing to do is watch portion sizes. up your water intake, cut out processed foods and have fun. go for a walk with the hubby after dinner or spend time with friends walking the mall.

burn more calories than you take in. it's as simple as that. and never cut out an entire food group - not healthy at all!

I suggest the all natural Cinch Inch Loss Plan. On most diets you lose muscle as well as fat. When you lose muscle, you lose some of your body's ability to burn fat and your metabolism drops. This plan is so easy to follow and healthy as well. The scientists who helped develop this plan literally figured out a way to target the areas of our body where you need to loose fat. It's powered by leucine (amino acid).

I've been on the plan for three weeks and have lost 5 inches off my waitline and 2 inches off my hips.

Hope this is helpful and feel free to contact me with questions or if interested in the website.

no carbs isn't good for you. eat well balanced meals, watch portion control, drink water, exercise. eating small meals more often worked for me. read all you can on nutrition and do waht you feel works for you. good luck!
