It depends on the hair, I hear some people (I know its gross) put maynoise on their hair about once a week, To eliminate greasiness use dishoap, it works wonders! Try going to your salon and asking the hairstylist what you could use.

Every bodies hair is different, so what works for me may not work for you. Try getting shampoo and conditioner that fits your hair type, you know, dry, fine, thick, permed, dyed bleached. Try these for about two weeks, if no improvement try something else. Myself I like Pantene, also some of the cheaper shampoos and cond. are good too. I like Breck and some Suave shampoos too. Good luck and remember if you ask a stylist at a salon,if it's someone you don't know real well, part of their job is to sell the products at their salon, most salons carry very expensive products that aren't any better than inexpensive products. Good luck!!!

After you wash your hair, rub in about a dime size of Biosilk. Works wonders. You can purchase it at about any hair salon.

most often it's not what you put on your hair it's what you put in your mouth.[the right vit.&minerals will keep your hair healthy] if it's already damaged then try a conditioner for damaged /brittle or dry hair
