Some of these women make more money than I do. What should I do?

Be a gentleman and pay. I would never go on a date again with a guy who asked for half, no matter how much I made! Now after I date a guy for a while I might surprise him and say, " I'm taking you out, my treat!" But never expect that. Come on guys! Girls still like the door's being held open and chivalry, even if they won't openly admit it!

Generally, on the first date, the asker pays. You can start going dutch after a few dates. Women can usually sense when to start splitting the bill or taking turns paying.

It's definitely OK to go dutch. Most money-making women probably wouldn't like a man paying for food he didn't eat. We worked hard for our equality, and we'd like to show it.

my boyfriend and i are both still in school (grad school) and i know he has a **** ton of loans (whereas my dad gives me money) so we either go dutch or i pay. if she cares for you she wont care about going dutch. the other person;s financial situation should def. be taken into consideration...

I always go dutch on the first date. That way, if it doesn't work out, the guy's not cussing me under his breath later.

Go dutch. It's the only way to find out if she really likes you.

If women want equality then that includes the expenses for a night out (says the guy who normally ended up paying for everything because my ex-partner was out of work).

i say pay for the first few dates, if your possitive she'll stay around have her pay for herself. After a few dates she should be aware of your financial situation, if she's a keeper she'll be nice and pay for herself. Just try not to come off cheap!

The first date is not the time to talk about her paying, after you jnow her and find she has more than you do, you can both talk it over.
