knows that I have friends over. I told our parents the other night at dinner, but she still does it and they didn't say anything to her. She's going to get a rep as a slut if she's not careful. I'm trying to help her, but she says I'm butting in where my nose doesn't belong. What do I do to make her stop?

I'm not her sister. I'm her brother---she is my sister. We are nevertheless twins. We're teenagers who share a lot of the same friends. Now that we're getting older she's getting sl*tty. I don't want someoen to rape her or take advantage of her.
My parents are not naturists--whatever that is. We don't all walk around naked.

You don't ,your parents accept her, you got the problem.
Are you in a naturist family?
If your sister does this only at home, the only way anyone outside your house would know, is you blabbing your mouth.
You might ask those friends if it offends them / and ask them to leave if they have a problem. that's called respect.

You, your sister, anyone, can not, are not, a wh0re by being nude much less with a towel, it is in your mind.
The human body is beautiful and has been honored through the centuries. why don't you get your own towel to get even?
What if she put on a two piece bathing suit and chucked the towel. would you still have the problem?

I wouldn't interupt if I were you, If you were her parent it would be a little different but not much, she should be allowed to do what she wants.
If she wants to be a complete sl*g then let her be, she will probably regret it when she's older but she will learn the hard way and that's the way to get a message across to yourself.
To be honest, it's her choice what she does, and as embarrasing as it is, no matter what you say she still has the choice to either change or continue to do what she is doing.
I know most people won't agree with me on this one but this is my view.

I don't know what you can do. You can't really control her. If she wants to be seen walking around in a towel and be disrespectful of your friends and not care about what other people think, then she is the loser. I would stop brining people over if she does not cut it out. More than likely she is trying to steal the show and knows that she can get attention directed away from you onto her as long as she is wearing barely nothing. Don't fuel the fire. Stop having friends over!

the best way for someone to learn something is to live and learn...let her hit her head a few times before she understands. She just may have to get that reputation in order for her to drop it. She'll get it eventually.

Well, if you already told her that she is lowering her reputation, then there isn't anything else you can do. You tried to tell her and help her out, but she still seems to want the attention. There isn't really anything that you can do now except let her learn for herself. :s

She sounds very needy of attention. However, it's not the right kind of attention. You should show her the answers that come up here, and maybe it'll make her realize how bad her behaviour really is. Good luck hon ~~~~

I agree with your concerns...and I would be glad that my sibling cares so much.... Try telling your sister this " I am not trying to tell you what to do, I just want you to see it from another ones eyes that when someone acts in the manor that your are and I know that you care about yourself and you are worth more than you display."
I would also tell your parents how you feel again.. State that it makes your friends uncomfortable and the guys are being led on by her actions and you say this with concern. It has brought embarrassment to you and ask them how they feel about it....maybe even you could talk to her friends and they can speak to her about it..(sometimes when it comes from a close friend we tend to listen more)
