Ellen MacArthur - great sailor or sleep-deprived woman?

after seeing the round the world sailing races, it seems to boil down to who can stay awake the longest! Ellen MacArthur said that on one occasion she slept for only 20 minutes in 3 days.

I think she's both. Her STAR win actually impresses me more than her circumnavigation. Any competent sailor would be fast in that tri, but in the STAR she beat other great sailors.
