Does Xoftspy SE detects the same kinds and amounts of spyware, junk, etc that Spyware Doctors detects?

Do they detect and remove the same thing or is one better than the other?

No single anti- spyware program seems to find everything. I have not tried Xoftspy but I do always use at least three different programs to examine my system.

Adaware SE and Spybot S&D have great reputations and are free for personal use.
