I'm 16 (Junior in Highschool) and I have a crush on the hottest most popular guy in school.(like everyone) Every once in the while I see him checking out my goods. On Friday I walked up to him (about to ask him out, behind the school, not too many people were there) and he suddenly slpped his hand up my bra and touched me! he felt my tit for a second before i pushed his hand off and he gave me a kiss on the cheek. what does this mean? he's usually really nice, he's lended me a pencil and some lunch money every once in the while. Does he like me? AH!!!

I would guess he is just using you because he knows everyone wants him, especially all the girls and knows that probably no one will tell him no. Don't let him use you and stay away from him. If you are truly uncomfortable with this situation, then I would report him, to your parents, school authorities and maybe the police (depending on if he is over 18 or not).

16, is a wonderful age to be. All the doors are open for you now, your future is yours to make. If you make the wrong move, you could lose the future you want. The boy seems to be overly confident, and perhaps around the block a few times already. Believe in yourself, have high expectations, keep your eye on your future. Don't have skeletons in your closet at such a young age. Just think you can have any kind of man that you want in the future, would he be what you would want long term. Expect alot from yourself, your family, your friends, set high moral standards, and you will come close to getting what you want for yourself in the future. Remember, education is the key to the future. Its okay to fantasize about him, but not always right to act because it could stunt your growth emotionally and harm you physically if you are not ready for what he is ready for. You may not be able to sufficiently support yourself financially for a long time, therefore, your education and reputation is all that you have right now.

In my opinion this boy is a jerk. No one is allowed to touch you like that without your consent. Why does he think he can just touch you??? That is not right. You should've confronted him and told him you are not that kind of girl, just because he is a "hot guy" does not give him the right to treat you like that. You need to give yourself some respect, I would've slapped in the face right then and there.

That would be sexual assault. I would call that a misdemeanor. He shouldn't be touching you unless it's with your consent and then only in private.
He sounds like a creep and he's probably going to grow up to be a rapist or a child molester.
