To do varied exercises at varied angles. Doing too much of the same thing will not develop your muscles properly. Diet is actually the main key to good abs.

care strength is best and you could start pilates and yoga at your gym or get a DVD and take home lessons.... i've never seen anyone as limber and strong as the kung fu shaolin trainers
