How's your blood pressure? If it's too low, drinking more water might help.

Purple Passion and Sonora have made very good suggestions. You could very well be diabetic or dehydrated.

There is another thing: Are you eating right? For a while I didn't eat enough, and I had trouble with light-headedness. And once I came within a hair's breadth of fainting on the job. The lady I was working with at the time heard me growl a curse- something I never do without provocation. And when she turned around she saw me hanging onto a doorframe. Bless her heart, she insisted on getting me a hamburger from the local canteen.

know everything is not normal if you are fainting every day . you need too see another doctor. do you have anyone who could do B/P on you. 1.lying then slowly sit up.
2.check while sitting
3. then stand and have your pressure check record all of these and carry them with you to the doctor.

You need to go back to your physician. There are alot of other tests that need to be done. Could be your heart(an arrythmia), your ears, your blood (anemia) or almost anything else. Don't let your doctor tell you its normal. Keep pestering him/her to do something about it.
