ok so me and my friend really like and each but me her and our best friend who happens to b a girl also likes me but i dont like her and the girl that i like doesnt wanna date me soley b/c she doesnt wanna hurt the other girls feelings...help

Have a seriously talk with the one you like. Tell her what you feel. Then you'll understand the situation and make a move.
