I'm Pagan and I'd date a Christian if he respected my beliefs and didn't try to convert me.

I've met many kind and caring Pagans. However, as Christians, we are not to let the personality or temperment of humans compromise our love for Jesus. It is impossible to date someone, where you spend personal time together, and not be influenced by them. Much different than working with someone, or casual conversation in passing.

Would you marry someone who completely disregarded your parents, and denied they gave birth to you? That is what a Christian does when they choose to marry or date a Pagan. It is insulting to the Lord, and puts our affection for humans first.

2 Corinthians 6:15: What harmony is there between Christ and Belial? What does a believer have in common with an unbeliever?

2 Corinthians 7:1: Since we have these promises, dear friends, let us purify ourselves from everything that contaminates body and spirit, perfecting holiness out of reverence for God.

1 Corinthians 15:33: Do not be misled: "Bad company corrupts good character."

2 Corinthians 6:17: Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you.

Answer: As a Christian, no I would not date a Pagan. However, I would be polite, kind, and respectful in general situations. Miji

If he were truly a Christian, he wouldn't want to leave you in darkness. If he didn't try to bring you to Jesus, it would make him responsible for your soul's judgement. A Christian may respect you as a person- I have known many pagans, and they were all decent people- but he could not respect your belief. And trying to accomodate your faith would bring him into conflict with God. Solomon made that mistake. It's a harsh truth, but that's the way it is. Don't be angry, sister. I have no animosity toward you, and I will pray for you.

No. For me, dating has to be done in Christian terms, and with the goal of a Christian marriage. I can't see how I could get around that with even the most easy-going, non-proselytizing Pagan.

That's cool. I work for a church where we have a lot of Christians who have spouses that are not Christian. The issue is that being a Christian affects a lot of your values. Christians want to give some of their income monthly to church. They want to not life, steal, cheat, or talk about people behind their backs. It affects people's views on whether to have children or not, how many to have, how to make big decisions, what factors to consider when making any big decision- things like that. It's not wrong to date someone from a different religion, but it is very difficult if you can not respect each other's values and do not hold the same values.

There are certainly quite a few religions that worship mom Earth, those are between the main historical religions prevalent to guy. those are seen to be pagan religions by using many which incorporate many individuals of those faiths. Christians, on the different hand, declare to be a non-pagan faith, yet an prognosis of Christian ideals and mores contradict this declare. I, individually, provide greater factors to the self-proclaimed pagans then to those who deny their religious roots. i decide for to propose which you the two study greater approximately the different's faith and ideology, and choose the place to proceed from there.

lol Although I argue on the Atheists side, I'm actually Wiccan/Pagan (just with slightly different ideas than most. Which is why I'm Eclectic Wiccan). I'm married to a man who's a Methodist Ministers son. Because my husband isn't a closed minded jerk.

So yes.
