Why don't you get some chicken and brown it up. Once it is brown, throw in some veggies like broccoli or zuccini. Let it cook a couple of minutes or until veggies are soft. then add a can of cream of mushroom soup and a can of water. Then sprinkle a cup and a half of minute rice. let it cook until the rice is tender. If you need to add extra water do so until rice is how you like it. Its yummy!! My 4 year old son LOVES it. Hope it helps. :)

Quick and easy. Boil some pasta, any kind you'd like. Open a can of cream of mushroom soup. Mix some ham or chicken in it. Add any vegetable you'd like: cooked broccoli, spinach, chopped green onions. Add a little pasta water to thin. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain pasta and toss with sauce. A nice salad or sliced tomatoes on the side with garlic bread or toast, you're done.
