Let say you had a boyfriend who dumped you. A few days later you see him at school and he's staring at you, and everytime you see him he's staring you.. Until you leave the room/building he's staring at you. Then you notice that he walks past you.. oh.. 5-7 times. Then you notice that he's looking the opposite way when he walks past you. Then you find out from a mutual friend that he was walking past you and looking the opposite was on purpose. What would you think of that? Is it normal for an ex to do that? Why is he doing that?

he is acting weird. ask him what his problem is, maybe he wants to get back together, just doesnt know how to broach the subject, if your still interested give him a hint, if your not tell him to leave you alone.

He still is into you- maybe moreso now that you have broken up because he has no control over you anymore.

he's avoidng making contact with you, its normal, his is trying to avoid having to answer any questions from you, like Why did you break up with me? and he is also trying to seem discrete about it
