can anyone please tell me where the oil sump plug is on these engines had a look tonite in the dark with no joy...

need to change the oil tommorow, the car is a 97 p reg 1.3 ka3

I don't know but if I was you I'd go to the shop (or library) early and look in a Haynes manual to see.

Its on the side of the sump. If you are considering doing an oil change you might be better taking it to national tyres. they do an oil and filter change for about £15. If you decide to do it yourself you will have a hard job getting to the oil filter which is at the rear of the engine.

I think that it's better you the changing at a local garage because it's a bit difficult to do it yourself in the Ka because the oil filter is situated in a hard to reach part of the engine and this is due to the size of the vehicle itself.

Sorry if this sounds obvious, but its on the bottom of the sump. If you cant find it are you sure you should be changing the oil?

Don't bother replace that little ugly looking set of wheels with something that looks good and is a lot bigger for safety

SUMP PLUG IS WHERE IT USUALLY IS AND IT IS 13MM.
