have u ever had pork chops with mushroom soup gravy....mmmmm sooooo good...ok 1st u want to season with a little seasoning salt...both sides...then u want to brown your pork chops nice and dark...not burnt so do it on about 4 no higher...10 min a side...then remove from the pan and put in a can of mushroom soup in the pan...mix well so all the juices from the pork chops get mix in with it...add some water, about half the can and mix until creamy...then put the pork chops back in and pour any juices in that have run off onto the plate...this is for flavor...let simmer for atleast half an hour...then make up some mash potatoes and whatever veggie u like...i like carrots or green beans with this meal...and when served pour your mushroom gravy over your potatoes...sooo good, i loved this growing up, and still do to this day.

Make an omellette with cheese/tomatoe/green onion and
Make Home french fries-peel n cut up potatoes, add a bit of oil and some seasoning in a bowl with cut up potatoes, put on cookie sheet in oven at 425 for 15min then turn them over for another 10-15min .
Or.. make grilled cheese and fries
or...have soup and a sandwich
or make spagetti
what do you feel like eating?? what do you have in the fridge/freezer ?? that would be a good place to start.
Make mini pizzas - use english muffins, or bagel, or pita bread..spread some pasta sauce ontop, grate some cheese, onion if you want...if you have sliced ham lunch meat, chop some of that up and put ontop of pizza..bake in oven 400f for about 10min* till cheese melts

My stand by is always meatloaf or Salisbury steak. I dress up my meatloaf with a little spaghetti sauce (if i have some) if not oxo, onions, bread crumbs, onions, egg, and ketchup, pepper, paprika, parsley, whatever you like and goes well with beef really. sometimes when really in a rush and have no time to make gravy, I open a can of mushroom soup and add 1/4 cup milk or water and heat it up. Drizzle that over the slices of cut up meatloaf or patties of Salisbury steak. My family love it. Even my very fussy 4 year old. Bon appetite.

Chicken alfredo. My boyfriend makes it for us a lot. It is simple, you just boil the noodle, and we buy the pre made alfredo sauce. We cut up chicken breasts into bite sized pieces and cook them in a pan. We through some garlic bread in the oven, and it take about 1/2 hour. And it is Very tastey.
